 Missional Church Consultation Initiative
(MCCI)

Elk River United Methodist Church was invited to participate in the MCCI in the fall of 2017, since then we have been praying daily our Breakthrough Prayer so that God may break into our church to embrace his vision for us. MCCI is a multifaceted program that includes the following components:
-Ministry leadership skills training for pastors in the initiative
-"Undercover Worshipers" who visit and provide extensive feedback
-A detailed self study including history, staffing, organization and community demographics
-An MCCI weekend that culminates into a report identifying key strengths, concerns, and 'prescriptions' to move the church from a place of plateau to a place of growth.
